Engineers Who Still
Write Code.
Leaders Who Don't Hide.
We don't have a leadership team that manages — we have one that builds alongside you. Every senior person at Dashmier is still technical, still curious, and still accountable to project outcomes.
"I never wanted to build the biggest IT company. I wanted to build the most trusted one."
I grew up watching small businesses in Salem struggle with technology that barely worked — accounting software that crashed, websites nobody could find, inventory systems held together with spreadsheets and hope. These were real people, doing honest work. They deserved better tools.
Engineering college taught me how to code. Trying to help those businesses taught me how to build things that actually matter to people. The problem wasn't technical ability — it was access. The good builders were all working for large companies that priced out anyone without a big budget.
I started Dashmier to fix that gap. Not to become a giant agency, but to prove that quality and fairness are not in conflict. Every project we take on is a chance to show that a business in Salem can get the same standard of work as a company in any major city.
The People Who Run the Day-to-Day
Each lead owns a domain — and genuinely loves it. No generalists. No "strategic overseer" titles. People who do the actual work.
Joined as second engineer in 2020. Has reviewed the architecture of every system we've shipped since. Believes bad naming conventions are a cardinal sin.
Self-taught designer who learned Figma by redesigning websites he hated. Runs a Friday design critique session the whole team dreads and loves equally.
Masters in ML from IIT Madras. Joined to build AI things people actually use, not just publish papers. Built our first chatbot deployment in 4 days.
10 years in project management. Famous for: "If you can't explain project status in two sentences, you don't understand your project status."
Grew up watching her father's small business fail partly from bad marketing. Now helps businesses find what actually works. Allergic to vanity metrics.
Was maintaining a 15-year-old on-premise server when he had a crisis of faith and joined Dashmier. Has since migrated 50+ clients to cloud infrastructure.
40+ People Who Take Their Work Personally
Beyond leadership, Dashmier is 40+ engineers, designers, data scientists, and strategists — most from Tamil Nadu, several from across India, and a few international Quantum Lab contributors.
We hire differently. Technical skills matter, but we care more about people who read beyond their field, who ask "why" before "how", and who are uncomfortable shipping something they don't believe in.
We're always looking for engineers, designers, and technical writers who care deeply about quality and want to build things that matter to real people.

Real Accountability.
The senior people you meet in the sales conversation are the same people who sign off on your code. That's rare. We make it a rule.
